CPRA Strategies congratulates Bella Phytologic, Inc., a vitamin and supplement manufacturer, on receiving a $1 million California Competes Tax Credit from the Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) to support its manufacturing expansion in Santa Rosa, California.
The award was included in Governor Gavin Newsom's November 17, 2025 announcement highlighting nearly $100 million in tax credits supporting California's manufacturing industry and job creation.
Over the course of more than a year, CPRA Strategies supported Bella Phytologic's relocation of its manufacturing operations from Orange to Santa Rosa. Our team coordinated nearly 20 meetings with local, state, and federal government representatives and key stakeholders, preparing briefing materials and supporting documents to communicate the company's expansion plans and identify opportunities for government support.
Our work included multiple meetings with GO-Biz to explore site selection assistance, economic development incentives, and Bella Phytologic's plans to create good-paying manufacturing jobs in California.
As part of its California Competes agreement, Bella Phytologic has committed to $33.2 million in investments and the creation of 82 additional full-time California jobs by 2029.
We congratulate Bella Phytologic on this significant achievement and are proud to have supported its efforts to expand manufacturing and create economic opportunities in California.
