Mia Julia Hernandez

Mia Hernandez is a Government Relations Intern at CPRA Strategies, where she supports legislative tracking, policy research, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs initiatives.

Mia brings experience in community outreach, research, and communications, including volunteer work with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where she supported outreach efforts connecting veterans with healthcare and community resources. Her academic research has explored social movements, gender, and public discourse, with an emphasis on the relationship between culture and public policy.

Mia is completing her associate degree at Sacramento City College, where she has earned academic honors, and will transfer to California State University, Sacramento, in Spring 2027 to pursue a degree in History.
