Kincade Productions Honors Hollister High School Educator Rob Campbell
Career Technical Education teacher recognized for pioneering student-centered programs in media production
HOLLISTER, Calif. — Kincade Productions surprised veteran educator Rob Campbell with a Certificate of Recognition from the Office of California State Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas, honoring his outstanding contributions to Career Technical Education and student success at Hollister High School. The certificate was presented by Robin Kincade, co-founder and CEO of Kincade Productions, and staff from Speaker Rivas’ office.
Campbell, a Career Technical Education teacher at Hollister High School, has built a media-production program that has evolved from campus news to sports broadcasting and, most recently, hands-on filmmaking—where students build sets, produce short films and explore the full production process. He has been a pioneer in embedding dual enrollment through Gavilan College, industry-recognized certifications and gold-standard work-based learning into his classroom, giving students a competitive edge as they move toward college and careers.
“Rob has a variety of projects that he engages his students with. His enthusiasm, positive attitude and big heart make a difference in the students’ lives,” said Robin Kincade, CEO and co-founder of Kincade Productions.
“The Be A Successful Production Assistant program changes students’ lives by teaching skills vital to success—like how to work on any set, the importance of listening and attitude, and career exploration through interviews with professionals currently in the media industry,” said Susan Kincade, co-founder and chief operating officer of Kincade Productions.
Campbell first connected with Kincade Productions in 2021 and was instrumental in bringing the organization’s Be A Successful Production Assistant program into his classroom in 2024. The program provides students with real-world media-production skills and direct access to working industry professionals.
Hollister High School offers 13 Career Technical Education pathways, and Campbell is widely recognized within the district as a solution-oriented leader who has raised the bar across programs. His work embedding transferable college credit through dual enrollment and providing access to industry certifications has positioned his students for success well beyond the classroom.
Kincade Productions is grateful for the leadership of Speaker Rivas in championing programs that give students the opportunity to pursue career-focused education in school and support efforts to create pathways to jobs and careers beyond the classroom.
