Pro Window Care (PWC) Announces Rebrand and New Website

The rebrand includes a new company logo, a new website (prowindowcare.com), and an email address (info@prowindowcare.com).

Pro Window Care (PWC), the top professional commercial window cleaning and power washing company based in Los Angeles, CA, announced the company’s complete rebrand from Turn Key Facility Solutions to Pro Window Care. California Public Relations & Advocacy lead the redesign to modernize PWC’s online presence to reflect its top position in the window cleaning services industry.

PWC provides commercial, high-rise, and multi-family property window cleaning and professional pressure washing services throughout California. The company will focus exclusively on providing its clients with these services.

“Last year, we realized it was time to leverage our 25+ years of professional expertise in the commercial and high-rise window cleaning industry and focus on providing these services to our clients,” said Founder and CEO Stephen Martin.

“We completed this consolidation, and I am excited for the future of our brand and using our nearly three decades of experience to help clients maintain and protect their commercial properties.”

The rebrand includes a new company logo, a new website (prowindowcare.com), and an email address (info@prowindowcare.com). The office phone number, 1-877-278-3777, stays the same.

The services provided by PWC remain robust and will meet the needs of all types of commercial properties. The consolidated lists of services include:

  • Regular window washing

  • Initial window washing

  • Post-construction window cleaning

  • Window screen cleaning

  • Facade cleaning

  • Glass restoration/acid wash

  • Power washing

  • Interior window cleaning

“High-rise window cleaning is risky and requires extensive training and compliance with strict safety standards and guidelines,” said Martin.

Not all commercial window cleaners complete high-rise-specific training and, most importantly, maintain appropriate insurance to protect their employees, clients, tenants, and the public.

“PWC maintains an industry-specific $5 million insurance policy and full Worker’s Compensation coverage. In addition, PWC employees undergo extensive training, and all equipment and procedures comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA),” said Martin.

In addition to new branding, PWC has implemented a seamless client experience using the latest client relations and job site software.

“Many of our clients own and manage multiple properties in various locations. As a result, we have invested in technology to provide our clients with a one-stop shop for all their window cleaning and power washing needs,” said Martin.

With a focus on window cleaning and power washing, services can be provided year-round, seven days a week, to fit each client’s scheduling needs.
