Stakeholder Engagement
CPRA Strategies works with government agencies, nonprofits, and project teams to design and execute data-driven community engagement strategies. We build comprehensive stakeholder databases, facilitate public meetings and small group discussions, and produce bilingual outreach materials to ensure equitable participation. We also prepare meeting summaries and public outreach documentation for Title VI, NEPA, and IIJA compliance.
Bilingual Communications
CPRA Strategies develops and delivers communications in English and Spanish to ensure non-English-speaking and historically underserved communities have equitable access to public information and engagement opportunities. We produce bilingual outreach materials, meeting notifications, surveys, and comment forms, and our bilingual team members facilitate meetings and conduct direct outreach to Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
Media Relations
CPRA Strategies develops and pitches story ideas, arrange interviews, and place op-eds that advance our clients' narratives with key audiences. We provide media training to prepare clients for reporter interviews and on-camera appearances, and when a crisis hits, we move quickly to help clients assess the situation and reclaim control of their narrative.
Digital Outreach
CPRA Strategies offers a full range of digital communications services to extend the reach of public engagement campaigns. We develop email newsletters, design websites, and produce digital content including videos, graphics, and online surveys. We provide detailed analytics and easy-to-understand performance reports so clients always know what is working and why.
