CPRA Strategies Assists Scorpion Cleaning Services in Securing $2.3 Million in State Government Contracts.

The California Department of General Services recently announced its intent to award $2.3 million in government contracts to CPRA Strategies' client, Scorpion Cleaning Services (“Scorpion”).

Scorpion Cleaning Services is a family-owned and operated exterior building maintenance company with over two decades of experience serving the greater Sacramento and Bay Area.

Every three to five years, the State of California issues Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for window cleaning and power washing services for its state-owned buildings. State-level RFPs are highly competitive, and Scorpion sought CPRA’s assistance in navigating the state's complex procurement process.

Ashley Martinez, President and Founder of CPRA Strategies, led the bid development process from pre-bid meeting to compiling the final submission documents.

The two contracts, valued at $1.9 million and $360,000, will commence in May and June 2025, respectively. They are expected to run through 2028, with an option for two additional one-year extensions.
