Pro Window Care Wins $1 Million Government Contract

The County of Santa Clara announced its intent to award a 3-year, $200,000 per year window cleaning services contract to CPRA Strategies' client, Pro Window Care (PWC). The agreement includes two one-year contract extension options, bringing the total potential value to $1 million over five years.

Update: In April 2025, Santa Clara County added two additional buildings to the contract and increased the award amount to $1 million.

PWC provides commercial, high-rise, and multi-family property window cleaning and professional pressure washing services throughout California. The team has the expertise and uses professional equipment to clean all commercial properties.

PWC will partner with County staff to service the County’s five hospitals, which range from two to seven stories tall. The company will be responsible for cleaning each property's interior and exterior windows several times per year.

Ashley Martinez, President and Founder of CPRA Strategies, led the bid development process from pre-bid meeting to compiling the final submission documents. PWC is anticipated to begin work on the properties in Spring 2023.
